I love Facebook!  I think it offers such flexibility to connect with people for a variety of reasons.   I grew up around people in all walks of my life, from High School, college, North New Jersey and Dominican Republic and Facebook has been the primary way that I have been able to reconnect with people in life.  However,  there is another great reason to use Facebook, advance your favorite causes and message.

That is the goal of Moral Outreach Group, L.L.C., to give insight on how you can use Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking sites to help your cause.   According to statistics about Activity on Facebook, “there are more than 30 billion pieces of content (web links, news stories, blog posts, notes, photo albums, etc.) shared each month. ”

Imagine that,  so much information shared between people with common interests in all sorts of different topics from entertainment, news,  music, etc.   However, nothing helps a community more than organizations like Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Red cross, and many other non-profit organizations.  Even some government agencies and officials are effective in their use of social media.

At the end of the day, the internet has opened a whole new way to connect with your loved ones and personal interests.  A new way that will not disappear but evolve and together, we can evolve with it.
